Voice of the Educator
Client: Voice of the Educator
Industry: Early learning / education sector research
The Voice of the Educator is a national survey campaign created to give early childhood educators across Australia a stronger voice. The campaign invites educators to share their experiences, challenges and ideas, helping build a clearer picture of what the sector needs and how it can be better supported.
• Create a clear visual identity for a national early education survey.
• Develop logo concepts and final logo files for use across digital, print and video.
• Design campaign postcard material to help promote the survey.
• Produce a hero video that explains the purpose of the campaign and encourages participation.
• Capture photography to support the campaign across digital, print and promotional material.
The client wanted a soft, neutral colour palette that felt calm, professional and appropriate for the early education sector. The logo was designed around the idea of educators being seen, heard and represented, using a simple group icon to reflect collective voice and sector-wide participation.
The final identity included logo variations, a neutral colour system and supporting assets for digital, print and video.

We designed postcard material to help promote the campaign and give the survey a practical printed asset that could be shared with educators, centres and sector partners.
We produced a hero video to introduce the campaign, explain the purpose of the survey and encourage educators to take part. Additional social videos were created to support the rollout, giving the campaign shorter pieces of content that could be shared across digital channels.
Photography was captured to support the campaign with authentic educator-focused visuals. The final images helped give the project a stronger human presence across digital and campaign material.
• A clear campaign identity for the national survey.
• A soft, neutral brand system for print, digital, video and social.
• Postcard design to support survey promotion.
• Hero and social videos to explain the campaign simply.
• Photography assets to support the campaign across website, social and advertising.
